· We are reconstructing a Petrochemical Plant inPenang for a Japanese Multinational company in their plans to expand their present operation inMalaysia. This will be their third sizable investment inMalaysia over the last 2 years. (June 2006)

· We witnessed the official opening of a French owned facility inMalaysia in theNorth Port region of Selangor. This is an investment in a plant to expand their operations in the ASEAN region. A photograph of the facility is below this entry. The project managers for this job was an Australian PM company with an office located inKuala Lumpur. (May 2006)
